Ken Fox has over 30 years experience in the IT industry encompassing a broad range of management and consulting roles including State delivery manager, project management, business development, solution design, client management, business continuity and business process re engineering.

Prior to joining OpsCentre, Ken was a Practice Principal in Business Continuity for a major Information Technology company, providing consulting, solution design and implementation to a broad range of clients across a wide spectrum of industries including finance and banking, manufacturing, retail, distribution, manufacturing  and government.

Over the past seven years, Ken has focused on providing business continuity solutions ranging from business continuity reviews, planning, implementation, testing and the establishing of alternate recovery sites for both infrastructure and business recovery.

The scope of Ken’s work including providing BCP integration across all business units, reviewing existing strategies to improve the recovery capability of organisations, delivery of business continuity testing procedures and implementing workable recovery solutions to enable companies to recover should they experience business interruptions.

Ken has provided business continuity consulting to major banks, retail chains, mining, manufacturing, medical, information technology, pharmaceutical and distributions companies. In addition he has provided consulting to various local, state and federal government departments.

In the provision of consulting and solutions, Ken uses his years of practical experience to craft workable and effective solutions.
