Louise Hollebecq – Consultancy Practice Manager

Louise has worked in the Information Technology industry for 15 years with a variety of positions in project management, enterprise systems implementation, support and service delivery management.

During her time at OpsCentre Louise has successfully managed business continuity and disaster recovery implementations for Westlink M7, I-MED, the Amity Group and Thomson Legal & Regulatory.

Prior to joining OpsCentre, Louise worked for several years in the University sector, implementing business systems, process change and operational teams. This included project management, implementing service delivery and support processes based on best-practice such as ITIL, recruitment and management of the operational staff, managing stakeholder relationships and requirements in a complex environment.

Louise has also worked as a consultant and project manager in the Public Sector implementing an AS7799 Information Security Management System and achievement of certification. This involved conducting threat risk assessments, establishing security controls for the infrastructure, applications and IT processes, auditor liaison, managing the corrective action process, communications and training. 

Louise has experience in managing all aspects of IT Operations in a multi-national organisation which involved managing the team responsible for all service delivery and support, vendor management, outsourcing and disaster recovery.

She has ITIL Change Management Practitioner certification and 6 years experience in working with and implementing ITIL-based processes.

Throughout her career Louise has managed projects using PRINCE2 and PMBOK-based project management methodologies.

Her experienced in implementing systems and managing service delivery in complex, diverse organisations has given Louise expertise in managing change.
