Alison Rodgers – Senior Consultant
Alison joined OpsCentre from a strong background in compliance. She is an experienced Quality Manager, Business Process Analyst, Applications Manager and Project Manager who is passionate about driving continuous improvement and achieving best practice, with a strong focus on compliance and quality service delivery.
Prior to joining OpsCentre, Alison's background in systems and compliance for recruitment has given her an insightful and practical understanding of issues faced by executives, clients and employees at all levels.
She is experienced in managing requirements for end-to-end solutions, including the complex recruitment processes for the world's largest outsourcing solution for the Australian Defence Force.
Alison has developed and facilitated internal training courses for induction, systems and process change.
She has an excellent ability to manage change in a culturally challenging environment. She overcomes barriers and resistance to change using practical and clear communication. This highlights her effectiveness as a relationship builder, both internally and externally which allows her the design and delivery of solutions in scope and in budget.
Alison has successfully led her last company to achieve both ISO 9001:2000 Quality Management certification and the RCSA Service Delivery Standard certification, allowing the organisation to tender for major private and government contracts.
Alison's experience includes 8 years of people management, with 5 years as Quality and Compliance Manager in Australia and New Zealand for a large multi-national organisation. She is personally motivated by leading a team to deliver outstanding results. Her roles have also included responsibility for applications management and roll-out of new system design, related to changes in operational procedures to meet the requirements for a more efficient business model. She has been instrumental in highlighting areas for change and suggestions for improvements.
